Other top attractions here are Lakshmi and Varaha temple, Kandariya Mahadev temple, Jhansi and many others. The best time to visit here is between October and March. This is when you can enjoy the monuments without the scorching heat of sun and you can also find a lot of animals in the national park. October to March is the winter season. Summer starts in April and ends in June. June to September is the rainy season.
Moreover, there are a lot of festivals and cultural events that are conducted during the winter season here. The most important one is the dance festival of Khajuraho that is celebrated from 1st of Feb to 7th in the Khajuraho group of monuments.
