2. Rajpath and The Vicinal Buildings
Starting from the India Gate, all the vicinal buildings on Rajpath are a treat to watch. India Gate was the memorial built by the Britishers to commemorate the sacrifice of lives done by Indian soldiers in World War I and since then it stands as a memorial to every immortal soul of the brave Indian soldier. 3. Qutub Minar
Qutub Minar is the second tallest minaret in India and is a remnant of rule of Turk sultans. This Minar was constructed by Qutub Ud Din Aibak (the first Turk sultan of India) as the symbol of victory over the Hindus. It was completed by Qutub UD Din Aibak’s successors as he could only complete the construction of one storey in his lifetime. Noting the historical importance of this monument, Qutub Minar has included it in the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

4. Lotus Temple
The Lotus Temple is a Baha’i faith temple located in South Delhi.
