After arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway station you will be
welcomed by Travelogy representative & Transfer to Shillong which
is also known as "Scotland of the east". You will also get a
chance to visit and explore the Umium lake surrounding with sylvan hills
a perfect and majestic lake to explore en route. Reach at Shillong, check in
at your pre booked hotel and take a overnight stay here.
On this day take early breakfast and drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.)
also famous as the wettest place of world. start the exploring beautiful
sightseeing places like Nohklikai waterfall, also visit to
caves known as Mawsmai. In evening Drive back to Shillong and visit
elephanta caves and Shillong peak en-route. Stay overnight at Shillong.
This Day is full from the Dawki excursion which is around 100km away and takes around
4 hrs from Shillong. Drive Dawki after breakfast and explore the "Asia's Cleanest Village Mawlynnong"
which offers some natural spellbinding sights such as living root bridge, standing stone on another small rock
and more. Overnight Stay at Shillong Hotel.
Now After breakfast check out from your hotel and get transfer to
Guwahati Station or Airport for your onward journey.
